Tell us what you did before Riada? When I finished my A-Levels I got my first job in a Cafe as a Barista over the summer months. This role was great in terms of enhancing my customer service and communication skills but I knew in the long term I wanted to secure a job within an office environment. I joined Riada in 2017 as a Recruitment Administrator, initially in an admin support position but quickly progressed into the financial and payroll aspects of the business before securing my most recent promotion to the Accounts and Payroll Department in 2018.

What do you love about your job? The amazing team I work alongside, Personal growth opportunities, Career Development, Team Building Outings,

Annual Charity Fundraising events ie Run Mucker Run,

Do you have any advice for people wanting to join the recruitment industry? Don’t be scared to take every opportunity that comes your way!

What are your aims for the future?

I’m really excited to continue to develop my skills and career with Riada.
